Covenant Family Child Care is hiring! We are a full-time, year-round child care in Mount Juliet, TN on a mission to build families up by loving kids and ministering to parents. As a ministry of Hickory Grove Church, we do much more than just babysit children. We educate and nurture them as if they were our own. And we invest in our teachers so they can join us in pouring the love of Christ into our kids, their families, and the community.

Covenant Family Child Care is open Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 6 PM. We take children from 6 weeks through pre-K. We are a Christian child care and require our teachers to have a referral from their church, but we do welcome children from all faith backgrounds.

 

Compensation and Benefits:
 

• Pay Starts at $15/hour, Increases Based on Education & Experience

• Medical, Dental, Vision Included

• Friendly, Encouraging Work Atmosphere

• One Week of Paid Vacation After One Year of Employment

• Three Personal Days per Year

 

Positions Available

 

• Full- and part-time teachers, all ages

 

Qualifications:

 

• High School Diploma/GED

• Able to Pass a Background Check

• A Caring and Compassionate Attitude

• Three References (two professional, one from your church)

 

We provide CPR and first-aid training.
